HopeStar was founded by Mr. Chen Ken, a hardware engineer and visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in intelligent device manufacturing.

  • 2009 — Company founded  with a vision to redefine smart terminals.

  • 2012 — Launched our first-generation all-in-one POS system with capacitive touchscreens.

  • 2015 — Expanded global presence with strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

  • 2018 — Established OEM/ODM manufacturing division to support global software integrators.

  • 2020 — Entered self-service and kiosk market with Android-based terminals.

  • 2023 — Reached 50+ global markets, with product lines in retail, F&B, and logistics.
